Priority Passport Lane
What is Priority Passport Lane and who is eligible?
Priority Passport Lane is designed to speed up your arrival at Glasgow Airport by using a dedicated fast lane in passport control. You will be greeted in the passport control area and then granted access to a lane exclusively for the use of passengers who have paid for the service. A UK Border Force Officer (UKBF Officer) will check your passport as usual before you progress to Baggage Reclaim or straight through to Arrivals for those without checked-in luggage.
How much does the service cost and what hours is it open?
The cost of this service is £6.99 and it is open from 11:30 - 15:30 & 19:00 - 22:00 hrs.
How close to my date / time of travel can I book the Priority Passport Lane? Can I book on short notice?
The service can be booked up to three hours before arrival.
Is it possible to cancel or amend a booking?

You can do this in the Manage My booking section.
What rules apply to this service? Is it transferrable?
This service is not transferrable, it can not be moved to another date or assigned to another person. The simplest way to amend a booking is to cancel one transaction to receive a full refund and make another purchase.
You can do this in the Manage My booking section.
Do I need to book my departing and returning Passport Priority Lane service through a single purchase or do I need to do so separately?
They can be booked together, under a single transaction.
How can you guarantee my wait will be less than the standard? What if there is no queue in the other lanes?
There are a maximum of 50 passes available per terminal, per hour. This reduced number means that the lane will never be oversubscribed with passengers and will always be retained for the exclusive use of Priority Passport Lane customers.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following credit and debit cards are accepted - Visa & Mastercard. The purchase can also be completed through PayPal and Google pay.
Is it cheaper to book online or at the airport?
The service can only be booked online, using the link above.
