Can I pre-book parking?
Yes, you can pre-book parking on our website here.
How do I amend my booking?
Lounge and Parking bookings can be amended for future dates or cancelled up to 2 hours before your booking time. All you need is your email address and booking reference which can be found on your confirmation email. To make any changes to your booking visit the manage my booking page.
Amendments to the dates of stay are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Certain promotional products cannot be amended, it will be made clear at the point of booking if this is the case.
Please note if you booked during a sale or at a lower price and that rate is no longer available, the new rate will apply. Where specified in the product details some special offer bookings cannot be amended or cancelled.

How do I cancel my car park booking?
FLEXIBLE PRODUCT BOOKING
If you’ve pre-booked parking on a flexible product, you can cancel and get a refund, or amend your booking online as part of the terms of the product you’ve booked. This can be completed online up to 2 hours before your arrival date into the car park. Please visit the manage my booking section on the Glasgow Airport website or, visit the website you booked through and cancel or amend once you’ve logged into your booking.

NON-FLEXIBLE PRODUCT BOOKING
If you’ve pre-booked parking on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the full value of your booking which you can use to book parking for a future date. The promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. To request your promo code, please email us at bookingenquiries@ncp.co.uk with your booking reference number and contact details and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.
If you’ve pre-booked a lounge on a non-flexible product and you wish to amend or cancel your booking, we can issue you with a promo code to the full value of your booking. If you booked a lounge bundled with a non-flex parking product, we will issue a promo code equal to the total value of the booking. As an example, if the current booking is £40 parking + £20 lounge we will give a promo code to the value of £60. When you redeem the promo code you may wish to use the full value towards parking only or a combination of parking and lounge. The promo code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. To request your promo code, please email us at bookingenquiries@ncp.co.uk with your booking reference number and contact details and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.

My booking reference number is not working?
If you are trying to amend or cancel your booking online via our website link below
and your booking reference is not recognised, it is likely that the booking has been made through a third-party site. Please check your booking confirmation email for information regarding how to amend/cancel your booking or email us at bookingenquiries@ncp.co.uk with your booking reference number and contact details and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.
What happens after I have made my car parking booking?
You will receive an on-screen confirmation which details your booking reference and instructions (please read these carefully).
We will also send you a booking confirmation email. Please have this with you when you arrive at the airport in case it is needed. Please ensure that your vehicle registration details are correct as this is used to give you access to the car park. There is an option to amend your booking if you will be arriving at the airport in a different vehicle than originally planned.
You are responsible for supplying a valid email and we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of booking confirmation emails due to transmission failure or incorrect address details.
Failure to receive the confirmation email has no bearing on the status of your booking, your booking is still valid, but please check your junk or spam folder just in case your booking confirmation email has been sent there. If not, your email address may have been entered incorrectly.
Can I make a booking to park at the airport today?
Yes. Bookings can be made up to at least 2 hours prior to your arrival time at the relevant Airport.
All Car Park bookings are subject to availability and the Airport reserves the right to withdraw availability at its entire discretion for a given date.
My vehicle details have changed, what should I do?
You may amend your vehicle details on your booking up to 24 hours before your car parking commences. To amend your vehicle details on your car park booking online, please re-visit the website you used to book and follow the online instructions or Manage My Booking.
What if I return later than the date/time on the booking?
You will be charged for the additional days in which you stay in the car park, based on the overstay rate applicable to the car park.

What payment methods are accepted for pre-booking?
Payment must be made in advance and online. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and PayPal for pre-booking.
We reserve the right not to fulfil your booking if your card is declined for any reason, if the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder's permission, or if you are under the age of 18.
How do I know my payment details are secure?
To protect your privacy and security, our website uses SSL encryption software, which is the industry standard. It encrypts your personal information so that it cannot be read.
You will know you are in the secure area of our site when the website address is preceded by “https://” and a padlock symbol appears in the frame of your browser.
Our entire website, and booking system, use SSL encryption software to ensure each session is safe.
How do I get a VAT receipt?
Once you have made your transaction, the VAT receipt is the results presented on the screen. Your booking confirmation is your VAT receipt too. You can log into the manage my booking section to access your booking and resend your booking confirmation email, so you can get this information at any time.
I have booked parking in advance, what do I need to bring to the airport?
The barrier will recognise your vehicle registration from your booking information. On exit, the barrier will recognise your vehicle registration and lift to permit exit.
If your vehicle registration is not recognised, please buzz for assistance and give your booking reference. Our new Short Stay car park barrier system will also be ticket reduced, meaning tickets will no longer be issued on entry. Tickets will only be issued if the number plate cannot be read by the cameras.
Our email booking confirmation will help direct you to the correct car park and also states your booking reference number so please have it to hand, should you need to speak to a member of staff.
Blue badge parking
You will still be entitled to 30 minutes free in the short stay car park 2. Simply quote your blue badge number when you buzz the intercom on the exit of car park 2.

How do I contact someone about my car parking?
Should you wish to make changes to your parking/lounge or testing booking we recommend using the Manage my booking link below. There you can re-send your booking confirmation email, update your details, and request a refund if you are within 24 hours of your arrival/covid-testing date.
If you choose to get in touch with us via phone or email, you'll need your email address and booking reference which can be found on your confirmation email.
Car Parks
What is the difference between our car parks?
All our car parks are on site and are managed locally by our Airport partners.
However, the price can vary depending on availability, car parking facilities and distance to the terminals. View information on all our car parks at a glance to decide which one is most suitable for your needs.
Are there any height restrictions at Glasgow airport car parks?
Car park 1 multi-storey has a restriction of 6ft 4in or 194cm. Please note that car park 1 surface car park can be used for any height vehicle. This is ideal for pick up and drop off with vans, minibuses etc
Car park 2 has a restriction of 7ft 2in (202cm)
Pick up and drop off zone C has no height restrictions.
How safe are the airport car parks?
Our car-parks are monitored by CCTV and have regular security patrols to ensure that your vehicle remains safe and secure.

Parking availability and price
Why is there no availability for the dates I am trying to book?
Lack of car park availability could be due to:
The car park is fully booked for all or part of your stay;
Because the booking conditions for the car parking product have not been met;
Because you are trying to book for less than the minimum stay.
Try adjusting your selection or choose another car park.
How are parking prices calculated?
Car parks are priced per calendar day or part thereof. Prices are subject to change and quotes are valid at the time of booking only. The number of days charged is calculated on the basis of the dates and times you select at the time of booking.
For example, if you are travelling on a Monday and returning the following Monday you will be charged for 8 days.
All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at 20%.
Car parking charges will also vary according to:
The time of year;
Location of car park in relation to the terminal; and
How far you book in advance
How much is airport parking?
Parking prices vary depending on the length of stay and type of car park booked.
We understand everyone has unique parking needs and budgets so we have a solution for each passenger. Our premium and convenient product is Fast Track Parking, or if you want something more economically priced try our Long Stay Parking

Why are there only certain parking products showing for my selected dates?

Do your car parks accept cash?
From 25th April 2023, cash payments will no longer be accepted on exit from Glasgow Airport’s car parks or pick up and drop off.
Alternative methods of payments (credit and debit cards) will continue to be accepted and receipts will still be issued either at the pay stations or exit barriers as payment is made.
Our new Short Stay car park barrier system will also be ticket reduced, meaning tickets will no longer be issued on entry. Tickets will only be issued if the number plate cannot be read by the cameras.
Pick Up & Drop Off
Where do I park if I am dropping someone off?
Whether you’re dropping off a loved one for a trip, or picking up a friend after their holiday, there are various free and paid-for parking options available at Glasgow Airport.

I need more time than the 15 minutes that Pick Up & Drop Off offers?
The pick up / drop off facility is for people who can guarantee that they’ll be in and out in under 15 minutes. If you need more time we recommend that you use Short Stay Parking.
Why do you charge for Pick Up & Drop Off?
There are various free and paid-for parking options available at Glasgow Airport.

Are there any height restrictions on Pick Up & Drop Off Zone?
Pick up and drop off zone C has no height restrictions.
Where can I Pick Up & Drop Off if I require special assistance?
We recommend that the Short Stay car park is used for dropping off passengers who require extra assistance. You can find all the information you need on our special assistance services here.
Drivers with a blue badge should NOT use the pick-up and drop-off facility. Blue badge holders should use Car Park 2 opposite the terminal building for picking up and dropping off.
All blue badge holders have a 30-minute free drop off & pick up window in car park 2. On exiting the car park press the buzzer at the barrier, just have your blue badge ready as we require the 13 digit number on the exit of the car park.
Other Car Park Queries
Do you have motorbike spaces?
Yes we do, they are located in Car Park 2 on the ground floor- Short Stay Parking.
Where can coach drivers pick up their passengers?
Coach drivers can collect passengers from Zone C in our Pick Up and Drop Off section. This area is not covered but is ideal for large coaches with plenty of space. If you arrive before they land, you can wait for 30 minutes free in our Long Stay Car Park.
Can I leave my bicycle at the airport?
Glasgow Airport provides free cycle-parking facilities and bike services at the following locations:
- Administration Building Car Park
- Staff Car Park (behind the Holiday Inn Express)
- Adjacent to multi-story car park 1
Locks are not provided, so remember to bring your own. You can store items at left luggage within the retailer Luggage Point, but fees do apply.
